If you haven’t seen Detective Conan — Anime, then these will be spoilers for you. Of course, if you are thinking of starting Detective Conan Anime, then I recommend watching all the episodes. There are mild spoilers ahead ( if you are starting Detective Conan, then I recommend not scrolling down)
This is a list of episodes you should definitely watch.
- Episode 301
One of the best cases in Detective Conan. If you love Detective Takagi and Detective Sato, you should definitely watch this case. This case also ties to the past.
2. Episode 304
There are episodes in Detective Conan and then there is this awesome episode. This episode has everything. There is also a connection to Detective Sato’s past.
The ending is beautiful.
This line by Conan — “Because in my heart I kept hoping that it wouldn’t be there.”
3. Episode 306
This is a 1-hour special episode and it ends with one of the best deductions by Mouri Kogoro. After so many episodes, you will see Mouri Kogoro solving a case all by himself. This episode has some glimpses of Kisaki Eri and Mouri Kogoro’s past.
4. Episode 311
After so many episodes, you will see the Black Organization back in action. If you are watching Detective Conan, don’t miss any Black Organization episodes. They are full of mystery and thrill.
This line by Gin, “ There’s someone investigating us. A Fox as clever as a detective.”
5. Episode 320
One of the reasons I love Detective Conan anime is because of its awesome endings. They always end with a beautiful message. This episode has one of those beautiful messages.
“ It seems both you and him had forgotten the most important fact, “ Whether you become a professional or not is a matter of your own motivation.”
6. Episode 324
The more I see Detective Conan anime, the more I realize how awesome the author Gosho Aoyama Sensei is and everyone involved in the production and making of these episodes and codes and then how to solve these codes.
After so many episodes, Hattori Heiji returns to the Detective Conan anime.
7. Episode 330
This case is one of those cases in which you will see the perspectives of two different generations on money and friendship.
This line by Ayumi in this episode, “ You were never friends from the beginning.”
Then these lines by Conan, “ It seems that the relationships between them are a little fake.”
8. Episode 332
This is a case in which Conan helps Mouri Kogoro solve the case without saying a word.
How — You have to watch the episode for that.
You will definitely laugh during the deduction/reveal.
9. Episode 334
If you missed Kisaki Eri and Kudou Yukiko, they are back in this episode of Detective Conan.
This episode also reveals something from the past.

They are back in this episode.
“Mysterious”

The main plot starts progressing in this episode.
Apart from the case, this episode connects to Haibara’s past.
This episode has one of the most beautiful endings.

One of the things I love about Detective Conan is the mysterious endings. This episode has one of those endings.
This case is one of my favourite cases in the Detective Conan anime.
This line by Kudou Shinichi, “ Even Detectives are Normal Humans.”
13. Episode 345
Apart from the two awesome mysteries, this 2-Hour Special has everything.
The mysterious ending

14. Episode 347
This episode really tells “ What trusting in people can achieve?”
Of course, Ayumi trusts Genta, Mitsuhiko, and Haibara, but the amount of trust Ayumi has in Conan is unbelievable.
15. Episode 356
If you missed Kaitou Kid — The Thief, he is back in this episode with one of the best tricks (of all the tricks he has performed) in the Detective Conan anime.
The episode is automatically awesome when these two rivals — Edogawa Conan and Kaitou Kid appear together.
16. Episode 360
Detective Takagi and Detective Sato are back at solving mysteries with the Detective Boys. This episode will definitely make you laugh.
17. Episode 363
One of the most beautiful endings. Different perspectives — Perspective of Young Generation and Perspective of Adult Generation.
These lines, “WHAT OTHER PEOPLE CONSIDER SMALL CAN MEAN A GREAT DEAL TO SOMEONE ”
“BUT NO MATTER HOW UNFORGIVABLE IT IS, NOTHING IS WORTH TAKING A LIFE OVER.”
18. Episode 375
Apart from the twists and turns, this episode has one of the best endings in the Detective Conan anime.
This line “ MINE IS ALSO NOT JUST A NORMAL SHOE.”
19. Episode 376
You know those emotional moments when you yell “ No, this can’t be happening. This should not happen.”
This episode has one of those moments that will make you emotional.
20. Episode 378
An episode inspired by the “Tale of Momotaro.”
This line, “ ONLY YOU CAN DESTROY THE DEMONS IN YOUR HEART.”
21. Episode 382
If you missed Hattori Heiji and Toyama Kazuha, then they return in this episode and they bring a case along.
This episode is one of those competition episodes.

This 1-hour special is full of awesome codes and the duo (Hattori Heiji and Edogawa Conan) solving those codes.
This episode is one of those episodes in which you will realize, “ One cannot do everything alone.”
There are people in this world who want someone to stop them from doing things they don’t want to do.

Apart from an awesome mystery case, in this episode, the main plot moves ahead.
Edogawa Conan realizes something at the end of this episode.

If you love Edogawa Conan’s deduction skills, then you will definitely enjoy this episode.
This episode also has one of the best lines by Detective Takagi, “ The way I see it, no one’s dream can benefit from killing another person.”
25. Episode 396
I don’t want to spoil this episode for you.
One of the best characters in Detective Conan's anime appears in this episode.
If you love codes, you will definitely enjoy this episode.
26. Episode 400
Who is better at deducing codes— Mouri Kogoro or Mouri Ran?
This episode has one of the best Ran-Shinichi Moments.
